Fee:
I enter each payment you make on the website.
I welcome your support in helping me keeping track. I very rarely forget, but just to be sure...
Payments should be made ahead of cycle, at least upon lesson !.
Cancelation:
If you cannot agree its ok, this is no deal breaker, just a mutual understanding and agreement I wish to live by:
I respectfully request the standard courtesy of a 24h notice of cancelation prior to a lesson no matter what the cause is., short of a natural disaster. If you cannot give a 24 hr notice I wish that the lesson fee be honored if we cannot find. a make-time in the same week. I will reciprocate and give you a free lesson if I do not give you the same 24h notice of cancelation.
I like this fair arrangement because, philosophically, it places us at source, like when we create music. It places us in a place of responsibility and accountability. Email reminders will make it easier not to miss a lesson or to communicate a cancelation in time.
We are, I believe, responsible for our own health, for our car, for the route we chose to take. Once again, if you cannot agree, its ok, this is no deal breaker, just a mutual understanding and agreement I do wish for.
Rescheduling:
The best way is to to do this directly on the calendar. You can cancel a spot and book another ( 24h prior) I will get a notice and a reminder. Thank you for taking the time to do this. Use TXT only for last minute changes, or to give me heads up on rescheduling.
Communication:
We are all very passionate about music. We love to share ideas & songs. However, would you be patient enough to save those things and share them during lesson time? That would be very helpful. I will write those suggestions in your personal notes .
COVID
Right now in person outdoor sessions non-masked. I am open to the possibility of indoor sessions . Given the small space, I would provide mask+ Plexiglass+Anti-viral hospital grade air filtration.
